Our class mascot, Dyfrig y Ddraig will be sent home with a different learner each week to encourage the use of Cymraeg outside of the classroom.
The poster below models language that you could encourage your child to use with Dyfrig.
Please upload any pictures you take with Dyfrig to Hwb.
Your child will have the opportunity to share their experience with Dyfrig with the class on a Monday morning.
Thank you for your support.
Bydd ein masgot dosbarth, Dyfrig y Ddraig yn mynd adref pob Dydd Gwener gyda dysgwr gwahanol er mwyn annog defnydd yr iaith Gymraeg tu allan i'r ystafell dosbarth. Mae'r poster isod yn modelu iaith gallech ddefnyddio gyda Dyfrig a'ch plentyn.
Llwythwch unrhyw luniau gyda Dyfrig i Hwb eich plentyn.
Bydd cyfle gyda'ch plentyn i rannu eu profiadau gyda Dyfrig, gyda'r dosbarth ar fore Dydd Llun.
Diolch am eich cefnogaeth.
Our topic for this term is Tales from Wales - this looks at offering learners the opportunity to learn about the history of Wales whilst linking it to our locality and our very own cynefin.
Below is the overview of learning experiences that our learners will be focusing on this term. The way these learning opportunities will be delivered will be based on the pedagogy that the new curriculum is built upon. Creativity is a key focus.
In honour of Remembrance Day, we have each designed poppies for a soldier. This classroom display will remind us every day how lucky we are for so many people’s bravery.
