After School Club

Spring 2025

Sennybridge Community Primary School offers afterschool childcare provision for pupils who attend Sennybridge C.P. School.

 

This provision caters for pupils aged 4-11 and runs between the hours of 15:30 and 17:30 Monday to Thursday.

 

This provision is currently led by one member of staff who is a Level 3 Play worker, one member of staff who is working towards their accreditation as Level 3 Play Workers and a Level 2 Play Worker Assistant.

 

 

It is our main aim and objective to ensure each and every child in our care experiences a safe and stimulating play environment. We also develop opportunities which encourage children’s social, physical, intellectual, creative and emotional development through play.

 

We are able to have 24 children maximum each session, ensuring a ratio of 1 staff to 8 children.

 

OPENING TIMES

 

Monday - Thursday - 3.30pm - 5.30pm

 

Friday - Closed

 

  Every Monday – Thursday during Term Time

 

Snack/Tea will be given to the children each session, between the times of 3.30pm and 4.30pm.

ALL children are welcome at this provision ensuring each of their individual needs are met.

The cost for attending each childcare session is £9.00 per pupil. (There are consesions for siblings - 2 x siblings £7.50 per pupil - 3 x siblings £6.50 per pupil)  Payments and bookings are made via ParentPay. Should you need any help with organising this, please contact the school office.

 

Please note that places will need to be booked and paid for a week prior where possible so that staffing ratios and snack quantities can be ordered. Booking sessions can be done via Parent Pay, please inform school of any last minute changes.

All pupils who attend the After School Club will need to complete the following forms and return them to the leader before the first attendance.
