Illness & Absence
Should you child be unwell and unable to attend school, please contact the office as soon as possible (before registration closes at 9:30am) to inform of any absence and the absence reason. Please find advice below from the NHS website to help with guidance on illness and absence timescales, this may help confirm when your child may be able to return to school once they are feeling well enough.

Medicine Form
Should your child require any medication to be administered during school hours, please ensure a medicine form is completed and either emailed to 'office@sennybridge.powys.sch.uk' or printed completed and send in along with the medication on the day.
Medication must be in it's box, within date and with your child's name clearly marked.

Dietary Requirements
Should your child have any dietary requirements, please inform the school as soon as possible and completer the form below. This will then be sent to Powys Catering.
